Basevio is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.
What We Collect
We collect only the data required to deliver your Business OS and communicate with you:
- Email address — provided during checkout, used to deliver your workspace link and order confirmation.
- Intake answers — the 10 answers you provide during the intake wizard (business type, team size, pain points, tools, etc.). These answers are stored to generate and deliver your custom Notion OS.
- Stripe customer ID — a reference token provided by Stripe after payment. We do not store your card number or full payment details.
- Order metadata — order ID, payment status, and delivery timestamps, used to fulfill and track your order.
How We Use Your Data
- To generate your personalized Notion Business OS based on your intake answers.
- To send your delivery email with the workspace link and PDF guide.
- To process refund or revision requests you submit.
- To send a small number of follow-up messages (order confirmation, 24-hour check-in, 7-day satisfaction check). You can opt out at any time by replying to any email.
Third-Party Services
We use two external services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver order-related messages.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral tracking tools.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect browsing history or behavioral data beyond what is listed above.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Retention
We retain your order data for up to 3 years to handle refunds, disputes, and tax obligations. Intake answers are retained for the same period tied to your order record.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 10 business days. Note that deletion of payment records may be limited by legal retention obligations.
