We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your Basevio Business OS. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No explanation required. We will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

30-Day Revision Request

If your delivered Business OS does not match the answers you provided — for example, the wrong module is prioritized, fields are misnamed, or the structure does not fit your workflow — you may request a free revision within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds and revisions do not apply in the following circumstances:

Stripe Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Basevio does not store your card details. Refunds are issued directly to the payment method used at checkout and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
